Vocal Assessment/Consultation

(All Ages)

Providing feedback and guidance on the quality, range, tone and overall health of the voice. Analyzing and identifying strengths, weaknesses and potential issues in vocal performance. NOT JUST FOR SINGERS! But also for public speakers and individuals with voice-related professions.

Vocal Beginner Course (14-18 yrs and Adults)

Learn all the basics of singing in our vocal overview course. Breathing, vocal technique, articulation/diction, stylistic singing, and science behind it all. Learn how to control your breath, improve your range and protect your voice from strain.

Vocal Athletics (Private Coaching)

(9-18 yrs, Adults)

Just like an athlete, a vocalist must work out their muscles frequently to maintain a healthy and beautiful voice. Whether you are a singer, public speaker or actor, we will guide you through targeted exercises and techniques to enhance your vocal strength, flexibility and endurance. Our sessions will give you the tools to make your voice more powerful, resilient and expressive. (Includes Articulation/Diction/Rhythm and Ear Training if required.)

Monthly packages (45min) – 1 month: $250; 3 months+: $660(monthly fee avail)

Semi-private option (Teacher to student ratio: 1-2), 2x per week option or online option

Vocal Athletics for KIDS (Private Coaching) * (5 - 8 yrs)

This program is targeting development of specific skills in a child, such as ear training, proper pronunciation/diction, rhythm training etc. In addition, our breathing and vocal exercises strengthen the vocal instrument as we go. Each child is unique and this program is tailored to build on those individualized skills.

Monthly packages (30min) – 1 month: $200; 3 months+: $480

Semi-private option (Teacher to student ratio: 1-2), 2x per week option or online option

Pop and Disney, Karaoke - Style! Program

(8 – 11 yrs, Semi Private)

Recreational Vocal Lessons for kids and teens. Learn basic vocal skills through fun exercises and kareoke-style singing of all time favorites in a safe and effective way. Build confidence and have fun!

Monthly packages (45min)

1 month: $200, 3 months: $480

Melody Munchkins (5 – 8 yrs, Small Group)

Through fun activities, singing and interactive games, kids explore the basics of music and vocal technique. This nurturing environment fosters creativity, confidence and a love for music, perfect for young singers of all levels.

Music Theory Program (RCM) (Small Group)

From foundational concepts to advanced techniques, our expert instructors guide students through a structured curriculum designed to deepen understanding and proficiency in music theory. Based on RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music) levels (Elementary Levels – Preparatory to level 4; Intermediate levels – Levels 5,6,7,8).

Levels 1 to 4 : 10 sessions each level (1 hr in duration): $280

Levels 5 to 8 : 10 sessions each level (1 hr in duration): $330

*examinations are available after every level, with official RCM examination certificate upon successful completion of the examination. Examinations are optional.

Song Writing and Composing Program

Get creative and materialize your ideas into a work of art! Record your song and share it with the world! Learn the basics of song-writing using recording software. (Includes basic vocal training/coaching, if required)

10 Sessions (45min): $750

Professional Studio Recording and Video Production

Explore your inner artist, and bring your creative idea to life! Record a Cover Song or a Music Video of your choice.

Audio Recording (1 song) : $400 (includes mixing and mastering)

Vocal Performance Master Class (16+) or Public Speaking WorkShop

Learn the skill of performing in front of an audience in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Get feedback on your performance and learn from observing others.

1 Session (45min - 1.5hr): $100

Vocal Recitals (5 – 15yrs)

Celebrate creativity and dedication of our younger students and teens, as they take center stage and showcase their talents and hard work! Whether they are singing solo or harmonizing in groups, each child shines brightly, supported by passionate instructors and proud families.

Special Event (2hrs)

*as a pre-requisite, this is only available to our existing students who are enrolled in lessons immediately prior to the event and at least 2-3 months prior to.

Answers to Common Questions

  • Our single lessons range from $55 - $85 depending on type of lesson you select. We also offer our lessons in packages, that range from $250 - $700 per package. We always recommend getting a package, especially if you are a beginner or would like to learn vocal technique. For more information about packages, please visit our pricing and registration page.

  • We offer private, semi-private and small group lessons. These choices, as well as duration of the lessons are determined by age and current skill level of the student. For more information, please see our booking page.

  • Please visit our booking page, check availability first for your selected type of lesson and then proceed with booking. If you are booking a package, please follow instructions on the booking page.

  • Depending on your goals, you may choose to renew your package and take it over and over until your goals are met.

  • Our instructors are educated and experienced musicians and vocalists with over 25 years of singing experience and over 10 years teaching experience.

  • At our school, we usually start at the age of 5 (five). However, if your child is 4.5 or closer to 5 years old, we can have them come to a vocal assessment and determine if our programs would be suitable for them right now or it’s better to wait. To book your assessment, kindly do so through our booking page.

  • It’s never too late to start learning a new skill. You do need to make a bit of a commitment though, to come in to your weekly sessions and to practice.

  • Certainly! Vocal Training will help your vocal chords stretch to allow you to sing higher pitches.

  • Unless you have a medical problem with hearing, which is diagnosed by a doctor, you are most likely not “tone deaf” so to speak. Most likely you are just lacking proper vocal technique and training. Anyone can improve their singing voice with exercises and practice. Please come in for your assessment and we will be able to tell you more.

  • I bet you CAN sing and you can sing nicely! Please come in for an assessment and we will see what your current singing skills are.

  • Certainly. Please book a private package as we will need some time to prepare. Please bring all the paperwork to your first session.

  • Sure. Please keep in mind, though, that we can only do so much in a short period of time. Please go to our booking page and register for a single lesson.

  • It depends. Some people will not benefit from online lessons, it’s true. It has to do with being able to sing proper notes (have good ear for pitches) The reason is, that there is a bit of a delay in sound so the teacher cannot sing along with the student to guide correct pitches. However, it works perfectly fine with anyone who can hear and sing proper notes. It’s also beneficial if you are too far away from our physical location (ie. not in Canada)

  • We offer opportunities for performances at our Recitals/ Small Concerts, usually once or twice a year for our younger students (up to the age of 14). If there is an event happening around the city, we can also connect you. Please mention this to us at your assessment or first lesson.

  • Yes. A big part of training is articulation/diction work. Your accent will diminish and your speech will improve (become more clear).

  • Yes, we can do this. We can talk more about it at your consultation.
